D’Arienzo section added

I finally started with the long expected Juan D’Arienzo section, for now just the links and playlist of my favorite TodoTango D’Arienzo songs.

Tanghetto live in Düsseldorf (January 24, 2007)

Tanghetto, an Argentine electronic tango band (electrotango, neotango, tango fusion, … whatever you wanna call it), was supposed to come to Belgium for concerts but apparently something went wrong with the organization. So we went to Germany to see them in a small club…

Before the concert we had a beer with the musicians backstage. Very friendly and sympathetic guys. Max (’brain’) and Diego (guitars) spoke english. If we were tango dancers they expected us to dance during the concert. We didn’t bring our tango shoes but that wouldn’t stop us!

After the break halfway the concert Tanghetto asked the audience to make room in front of the stage for dancers. Only about six couples dared to dance in the very tight space, but it was fun nevertheless.
It was an excellent concert, I had some doubts about the Tanghetto CD’s, but you definitely shouldn’t miss them live!
